Mike Rosiak

Chief Operating Officer

Mike Rosiak currently serves as Regional Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of Pediatric and Ambulatory Care Services at Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital where he is responsible for managing operational and financial functions while monitoring and ensuring positive rehabilitative outcomes and patient satisfaction. He focuses on strengthening the organization in its position within the ever-changing healthcare environment.

Mike has been with Weisman Children’s since 2014 and brings nearly 30 years of executive level healthcare experience with him. Prior to his current position, Mike served as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a healthcare services consultancy and as Executive Director of Clinical Services for Voorhees Pediatric Facility where as a leader of the program development team, he was instrumental in the creation of Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital.

Mike is the Founder and President of the New Jersey Pediatric Patient’s Charitable Trust Fund, Inc., a non-profit organization providing funding support to children with special needs in Southern New Jersey.
