Pulmonary Program
Helping Kids Breathe, Grow & Thrive
At Weisman Children’s, our Pulmonary Program is dedicated to helping children with ongoing respiratory challenges breathe easier, grow stronger, and enjoy a better quality of life. We believe every child has the potential to thrive, and our team works closely with families to create a safe, supportive environment where that potential can flourish.
Through specialized therapies, we focus on improving strength, endurance, and developmental progress—while aiming to reduce reliance on medical supports such as ventilators, tracheostomy tubes, and feeding tubes
Our Approach
In our state-of-the-art respiratory care unit, children receive 24/7 monitoring and treatment froman experienced, compassionate care team. Designed to be both medically advanced and family-friendly, our unit fosters social interaction, child development, and family bonding.
