Rehabilitation Hospital Administrator

Patricia (Trish) E. Oliver, MBA, currently serves as the Administrator of Weisman Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital, where she oversees clinical and operational functions of our inpatient program. She focuses on both qualitative and quantitative aspects of hospital operations and has a focus on growing our programs to better meet the needs of the community, including chronic disease management and population health initiatives.

Trish has been with Weisman Children’s since 2018. Prior to her role as Hospital Administrator, Trish was the Director of Managed Care and Business Development where she negotiated managed care agreements between our programs and payors. In this role, she helped develop and grow several patient programs including Weisman Children’s pediatric pain, asthma management, and nutrition programs.

Trish also played an integral role in streamlining outstanding collection projects for Weisman Children’s. For 15 years, Trish was Senior Vice President of Contracting for Healthcare Consulting Solutions where she negotiated managed care agreements for independent physicians and was instrumental in influencing the financial marketing for physicians and hospitals. Her career started at Abington Memorial Hospital where for 10 years she was the Director of Managed Care, responsible for negotiating all third-party payor agreements on behalf of the hospital. Trish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Penn State University.

She also has a MBA in Healthcare Finance from LaSalle University. Trish is a mother of four and enjoys spending time with her family at sporting events, plays, and furthering her education with online courses.
